KangaWU makes use of the serverpacks mod to send additional art to players while playing on the KangaWU servers

To take advantage of this, you’ll need to install the mod launcher and serverpacks mod

Installing the Mod Launcher

  1. Download the WurmClientModLauncher from here: https://github.com/ago1024/WurmClientModLauncher/releases/latest
  2. Extract the contents of the WurmClientModLauncher to your WurmLauncher folder in Steam
    • This will often be found in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Wurm Unlimited\WurmLauncher
  3. Run the patcher.bat file that should now be in your WurmLauncher folder

Installing the ServerPacks mod

  1. Download the ServerPacks mod from here: https://github.com/ago1024/WurmClientModLauncher/releases/latest
  2. Extract the contents of the ServerPacks mod to your WurmLauncher folder in Steam (same as above)
  3. Run Wurm Unlimited from Steam as normal, and when connecting to KangaWU you should receive the latest packs from the server
    • To confirm if it’s working, after you connect to the server press F1 to open the console window and check for a line saying “Got server pack…” followed by a line saying “Added server pack…”
